Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@lunavitra.com. Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return. However, first-time customers may return one opened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

All additional bottles must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@lunavitra.com.
